Multi touch screen Technology

Human computer Interaction plays a vital role in everyday environment and heavily pays for the future.

Multi Touch Table (MTT) developed for learning implements the creativity, intellectual thinking power in every child using this technology for learning purpose.

Our proposal is to build a MTT prototype and implement in education especially for kinder garden kids. Using open source tool called Community Core Vision (CCV)hardware setup and developed application using java can be  integrated.

FTIR technique will be used for the purpose of implementation as shown in fig.1.1.

  The setup as shown in the fig1.2 is made available with the necessary hardware setup like cardboard, web camera modified to work in Infrared region, glass sheet. As far as software part is concerned Eclipse for developing mt4j application, Community Core Vision tool is enough for the whole developmental process.

Who draws the result?

Kids!! Different types of application can be developed for different level of kids. Games, Puzzles etc., Marvelous results will be found as it encourages in team building with other children.
